STRATEGIC GUIDELINESSOFTEX System conceives its actions and projects according to the following strategic guidelines:
1. Disseminate and help the implementation of the best practices in the Brazilian Software and IT Service Industry: promotion of best practice activities regarding quality, associativity, management and others – for Brazilian software and services companies that take into account international standards.
2. To support business opportunities creation and development for the Brazilian software and IT service Industry: activities that increase and consolidate the participation of the Brazilian software and IT service companies in the domestic and international markets
3. To support the human resources training & qualification for the Brazilian software and IT service Industry: Managerial, marketing and technical qualification activities of professionals in (and for) the Brazilian software and IT service companies.
4. Support leverage of funding for the Brazilian software and IT service Industry: articulation and support activities for Brazilian software and IT service companies in finding and requesting/applying for financial resources regarding their own technological and business development.
5. Produce and disseminate qualified information for and about the Brazilian software and IT service industry: acquisition, verification, analysis and generation of reliable data about the software and IT service industry in Brazil and abroad.
6. Support the formulation of policies in Brazil´s software and IT service Industry interest: actions that involve the SOFTEX system with the formulation and execution of governmental policies that aim the development of the industry .
7. Support of innovation and entrepreneurship in Brazil´s software and IT service industry: activities related to the creation and management of innovation is established companies as well as the creation of new innovative Software or IT service companies in Brazil.
