INSTITUTIONAL GUIDELINESA set of institutional guidelines related to the system governance was proposed in order to meet the strategic guidelines and mission set up for SOFTEX System, such as
1. Redesign the association articulation ways with SOFTEX agents: activities targeted to relationship model reformat between the association and SOFTEX agents including the task and attributions share within the System and the information flow and communication improvement at different levels.
2. Redesign the System articulation ways with the government and other stakeholders: activities targeted at relationship practices between the System and the government:
3. To increase the System financial support: activities related to financial resources funding and generation.
4. To reinforce the institutional accountability: activities related to report to stakeholders and to the public through the publication of results and impacts of actions undertaken by the system.
